WKC Learning Centres

wgc logoWelcome to the Westminster Gastronomy Collection

The WGC is held by Westminster Kingsway College at the Victoria Learning Centre. It comprises books and other materials relating to the culinary arts, cookery and gastronomic history.

The collection includes materials donated or loaned by a variety of individuals and organisations including the estate of celebrated model and photographer Lady Lee Miller Penrose and legendary chef Michel Bourdin.

The collection can be used free of charge by all students of Westminster Kingsway College or external users who wish to access materials for educational research. Those wishing to use the collection for commercial research should contact the Learning Centre Manager to enquire about admission charges.

Materials from the collection are available for viewing on site and are not issued on loan, however photocopying facilities are available if needed.
